Complaint Details
I withdrew cash from an SBI Bank ATM, but the cash was not dispensed properly while my account was debited for the transaction amount. Since the ATM did not give me the cash, I expected the debited amount to be automatically refunded to my account, but this has not happened. The refund for this failed ATM transaction is still pending. I request SBI Bank to investigate this failed ATM transaction and credit the refund amount back to my account at the earliest.
