Complaint Details
On 21 June 2026, I purchased an item worth ₹30,046 from Flipkart using my SBI Credit Card under a 3-month No Cost EMI scheme. Despite the transaction being advertised and processed as No Cost EMI, SBI Credit Card charged me approximately ₹954.49 as interest over the three EMI cycles. This is contrary to the basic terms of a No Cost EMI, where the customer should not bear the EMI interest. I request that the excess interest charged be refunded and appropriate action be taken for the deficiency in service.
