Complaint Details
I made an online transaction of Rs 500 to another person, and in return he gave me cash. After this transaction, my SBI account was blocked by the bank. I am facing inconvenience as my account is not functioning and I am unable to use my banking services normally due to this sudden block, without any clear reason given to me. I request SBI to look into this matter and reactivate my account at the earliest, and inform me of the exact reason why my account was blocked after this transaction.
