Complaint Details
I had placed an order on Savana, the delivery guy insisted that my address is incorrect when it's not. I use the same address on Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra with no issues. The delivery guy was extremely rude and asked me to pick up my order from some unknown place. I have been trying to communicate with the customer care in Savana to no avail. I have NOT received my order yet and I don't know whether I will receive it or not. Savana services are not being clear about it. Kindly, help.
