Complaint Details
I had booked a courier through S T Courier for delivery on 10/10/26. As of 15/10/26, the courier has still not been delivered. I have tried contacting the company regarding this delay, but they are not responding. The customer service and overall management of this issue has been very poor. I request that my courier be delivered immediately without further delay, and I expect the company to respond to my concerns and improve their customer service.
