Fraud by this company

Hello, my name is Arpit Gangwal, I am from Jaipur, I had purchased Rotimatic machine on 9-2-2026. I received this machine on 03-04-2026. On 10-4-26, a part of this machine got damaged. I called on this number [protected] and told about this part. They said that this problem occurs in this machine, I would have sent you another part. I got this part on 22/4/26, after that they got the machine setup through video calling on 28-4-26, but there was a problem in that too, the machine was not working properly. On 2-5-26, there was a problem again in the part which had come as a replacement. They called for a replacement of my machine and I contacted the company that ordered my machine through courier. The machine was taken away by the courier on 7-5-26 They asked for my machine to be replaced and I took the machine to the courier company on 7-5-26. After that I talked to them continuously. No proper solution was found for the new machine. Next week, next week, no solution was found till 28-5-26. On 28-4-26, they gave me the number [protected] and said, talk to the dispatch department. Called Shankar on this number, he also did not give any solution, after that on 3-6-26 he gave me [protected]@zimplistic.com/cherry. cawaling@zimplistic. Com/[protected]@zimplistic.Com this mail ids and said mail your problem these mail ids I tried mail but did not get any solution not a call from your company that too madam I had Wonderchief Roti Magic before Rotimatic machine but I came to know about your machine from some advertisement it was my mistake to trust your company. plz give me proper solution i m requesting u to refund my total amount as soon as possible because now i cant trust your staff for future issues if occurred plz gave me your direct contact number or call me [protected] or [protected] .
