: Driver/Bus Operator Failed to Contact Me About Pickup Point

I booked 2 tickets through RedBus, but I did not receive any call from the driver or the bus operator regarding the pickup point. I had been waiting at the pickup location for more than an hour, but nobody contacted me. As per the usual procedure, the driver or operator should call the passenger before reaching or leaving the pickup point. Unfortunately, I received no call or update at all. This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I request you to please look into this issue and take appropriate action against the bus operator for such poor communication and service.
