मैंने दिनांक 19/08/2026 को रियलमी मोबाइल ऐमजॉन से ऑनलाइन मंगवाया था, उसके साथ 80W का चार्जर था, उस चार्जर के एडेप्टर ने 15 दिन बाद से ही काम करना बंद कर दिया. चार्ज में लगे लगे ही एडाप्टर के अंदर से कुछ उपकरण जलने जैसा तरल पदार्थ निकला था। मैं इसके सर्विस सेंटर लेकर गया तो उन्होंने बोला कि इसमें पानी गया है और पानी जाने से out of warranty हो गया, जबकि मेरे अनुसार इसमें कोई पानी या तरल पदार्थ अंदर नहीं गया बल्कि चार्जिंग के दौरान ही इसमें से कुछ अंदर ही जलने की वजह से तरल पदार्थ निकला और इसने बंद कर दिया। मुझे रीयलमी कंपनी से नया चार्जर दिलवाओ या इसकी कीमत 2100 रुपए चाहिए
