The parcel was being picked up by the captain around 1:50pm estimated time for delivery of the parcel was 15min the drop location was just 3.4km away but the parcel was not delivered its been more than 7hrs but the parcel is not delivered and the Rapido customer support did nothing for our grievance despite of providing all details
