I booked rapido parcel bike service for sending lunch for my husband on 25/10/2026 at1.25 pm. When rapido captain receive my parcel it was heavy rain. He asked excuse for delivery delay for late... But that day he didn't deliver my parcel. I raised a complaint against him in rapido customer support.. They also helped me. But rapido captain Rajasekar didnt response to us. Vehicle number. TVS WEGO TN4F5168 rapidocompamy asked piciture of parcel and original invoice. I submitted. They told me to refund for my parcel. But they didn't. I want to my parcel or i want refund for my parcel
