I have pay Rs. 999 to Mr. Rajeev Kumar pandit Surat Gujarat by UPI for cloth purchase but now he is refusing to send it and also abusing me. Now he is neither returning the money nor sending the clothes. Please refund my money or give me back the clothes. Thanks
