मैंने RADHA RANI COLLECTION/GIFTS से ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर किया था, लेकिन मेरा ऑर्डर नहीं आया। जब मैंने अपने पैसे वापस मांगे, तो मुझसे रिफंड के नाम पर अलग-अलग बहाने बनाकर पैसे लिए गए। मैंने कुल ₹832.43 तीन UPI ट्रांजैक्शन के माध्यम से भेजे। इसके बावजूद मुझे न तो मेरा ऑर्डर मिला और न ही पैसे वापस मिले। कृपया मेरी शिकायत की जाँच करके मेरी राशि वापस दिलाने में मदद करें।
