I installed PunjiLoan app. and requirement loan amount also mentioned on their app after that they scamed with me

I had installed the PunjiLoan app and filled up their loan application form for an amount of Rs 3,00,000. Against this, PunjiLoan disbursed only Rs 3,120 to me. As I did not want this loan, I sent them an email stating that I did not want their money. Soon after, a person from PunjiLoan called me and said he would send a link for me to refund the disbursed amount. I received the link and refunded Rs 3,120 to them as instructed. After this, the same person told me to pay Rs 2,080 to close the issue, assuring me that this amount would be returned to my account within 4 hours. I paid the Rs 2,080 as instructed. The next morning, when I called him to ask for my money back, he told me I needed to pay an additional Rs 500 for a NOC. I refused to pay any further amount as I felt I was being cheated. I have already refunded the original disbursed amount of Rs 3,120 and separately paid Rs 2,080 on the false promise that it would be returned to me, which has not happened. I demand a full refund of the Rs 2,080 taken from me on this false assurance, and I request that appropriate action be taken against PunjiLoan for this fraudulent conduct.
