Extreme delivery delay and non -refund for order pw1844319

"I, Rohit Kumar, placed an online order (Order ID: PW1844319) on October 7, 2026, on the Physics Wallah platform for study materials, making an advance digital payment of ₹1819. The company failed to deliver the items within the committed timeline or any reasonable window. Due to this prolonged delay, I missed receiving the shipment as I had to travel out of station for the Diwali holidays. I immediately requested order cancellation and a full refund, but the company failed to process it. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and registering a formal grievance on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH Docket No: 10613740), Physics Wallah has neither delivered the products nor refunded my ₹1819. This constitutes a clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing financial loss and mental distress. I request an immediate full refund of ₹1819 along with appropriate compensation for the harassment caused."
