Complaint Details
I purchased a smart speaker, but it stopped working properly. When I asked for help, I did not get any support. I was also charged for the service, even though no technician ever came to look into the problem. I also contacted PhonePe Business Support for help regarding this issue, but they did not take any action or resolve my complaint. Since no service was provided despite charges being taken, I request a refund of the amount charged for the service that was never delivered. I also request that the smart speaker issue be properly resolved by sending a technician or providing a suitable solution.
