Digital scam

I am filing this complaint regarding an online fraud. My brother's WhatsApp account was hacked, and the hackers used his account to send me messages asking for money, pretending to be him. Believing the messages were from my brother, I sent money twice. I first sent Rs. 2000, and then sent another Rs. 999.99, making a total of Rs. 3000. Later I realised that the messages were not from my brother but from the hackers who had taken control of his account, and that I had been scammed. I am filing this complaint to report this fraud and request that action be taken against the persons responsible. I also demand a refund of the total amount of Rs. 3000 that I lost due to this scam.
