Complaint Details
I made a payment for an order on Onzone, and the payment was completed successfully. However, the order is not showing up on my account, and I have not received any order confirmation email or message regarding it. I have not received any update from Onzone about the status of this order despite the payment being successful. I request that Onzone confirm my order and share the order details immediately, or, if the order cannot be processed, refund the full payment made by me at the earliest.
