Complaint Details
I had placed an order for clothes through the website Onzone.in. However, when the order was delivered, I received different clothes than what I had ordered. I tried to contact the company using the mobile number provided by them to resolve this issue, but I did not get a proper response or resolution from their side. I request that the correct item I ordered be sent to me, or my money be refunded, and that action be taken against the company for sending the wrong product and not addressing my complaint.
