Complaint Details
I had ordered food through the app, but it was not delivered to me even though the app shows the order status as delivered. I have not received the food item I paid for, despite the app marking it as complete. I request that this issue be resolved by either arranging delivery of my order or providing a full refund for the amount paid, since I did not receive what I had ordered.
