Product mismatch and fraud

I had ordered a Nike football shoe online and paid Rs. 1500 as cash on delivery. However, instead of the original product, I received a fake, locally made shoe that was not the genuine Nike product I had ordered. When I tried to contact the seller to raise this issue, I found that they had blocked me, so I could not get any response or resolution from them. I request that the seller be held accountable for selling a fake product and cheating me. I demand a full refund of Rs. 1500 that I paid for this order. Ph no [protected]
