Complaint Details
I purchased a product from Om Shakthi Sanitation. At the time of purchase, the seller did not provide me with the warranty certificate for the product. Since the warranty certificate was not given, I am unable to claim warranty benefits or repairs if needed in the future. I request that the seller provide me with the proper warranty certificate for the product I purchased.
