Complaint Details
I purchased an Ola electric scooter. The scooter developed a fault and needs a part replaced, but the required part is not available with the service centre, due to which my vehicle's repair is pending. I have approached Ola for the service but have not received a resolution because the faulty part is unavailable, causing delay in getting my scooter repaired and usable. I request that Ola arrange the required part immediately and complete the repair of my scooter without further delay.
