Complaint Details
I purchased Ola S1 X (Chassis ending 05600) for Rs 106399. Its rear motor failed and scooter is lying at Ola Service Centre Rewari since 5 months under Job Card RO[protected]. Company only says "motor not available". I visited on 02-10-2026, same reply. NCH Complaint 9620417 pending. I sent legal notice email to support@ and legal@ on 02-10-2026 with 48 hours notice, but no resolution till 04-10-2026. This is deficiency in service and harassment. I request new motor with 1 year extended warranty and compensation of Rs 1,00,000 for loss of use and mental agony.
