Tthis complaint against ola electric scooter company. Total expense 195000

I purchased an Ola scooter in 2023 for ₹1,65000. The company claimed it would provide a range of 135 km on a single charge, but initially, I only got around 105 km. As months passed, the display would show 135 km on a full charge, but after riding just 50km—with the display still showing 40% battery remaining—the scooter would suddenly shut down and stop completely. Even the boot space (seat) could not be opened. I took the scooter to the Attingal Ola showroom twice using a pickup auto. They promised to order and install a new battery, but the vehicle remained at the service center for 2.5 months. Whenever I inquired, they repeatedly claimed that the battery had not arrived. Finally, I collected the scooter after they informed me that they had only replaced a single cell in the existing battery. However, there was no improvement in the mileage. When I questioned the technician, he told me to contact the company, showing a complete lack of responsibility. Currently, the battery provides a range of only 40 km. When I went to check the Attingal showroom again, I learned that it had closed down a month ago. I spent ₹7250 on pickup auto charges during those two visits. Having invested ₹1,65,000, I am now paying EMI installments of ₹2,390 to Canara Bank. The company should take back this defective scooter, issue me a full refund, and Rs.35000 reimburse all expenses related to this issue.
