Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Ola S1 Air on Feb 28, 2024. From the day1 I had technical and troubleshooting issues, but customer service has never responded back and answered. Now my vehicle is jammed and not above able to move a little moment, while reaching to the app - customer service not responded. Same with nearest branch service centre. Such mistake by a company to a consumer, why should I wasted my hard earned money in buying Ola bike.? Need justice for my money and product. Thanks, Nirmal [protected].
