I purchased an Arrow Men Grey Vertical Striped Tailored Fit Coat Pant, Size 42, from Nykaa Fashion for ₹8,100 under Order ID NYK-[protected]. The product received appeared to be used and was not in acceptable condition. I requested a return, but my return request was cancelled. I am requesting Nykaa Fashion to accept the return, arrange pickup, and issue a full refund of ₹8,100. I have retained the product, packaging, order details and relevant screenshots as evidence.
