DELAY IN RETURN PICKUP & REFUND

I am writing to formally escalate an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience regarding the return of a Label Kanupriya product that I ordered through Nykaa Fashion. The product was delivered to me on 8 October 2026, and I initiated the return on the same day. Today is 26 October 2026, and despite waiting for more than two weeks, my return pickup has still not been completed. I have been following up with the team almost every day through calls and messages. However, I have received no meaningful assistance or resolution. I continue to receive the same responses and repeated assurances, while the pickup is simply being rescheduled again and again without any actual action being taken. What is even more concerning is that no delivery/return partner has come to my doorstep for the pickup. I have also received no call or message from the pickup partner, nor have I been provided with any proper point of contact through which I can reach them and understand what is happening. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and has left me feeling completely helpless as a customer. Nykaa Fashion is committing to a pickup date repeatedly but is failing to honour it, while I am left spending my time following up with your customer service team without any resolution.
