Complaint Details
I am writing to report a case of fraud. My phone was hacked, and following this, money was debited from my account without my permission or knowledge. I did not authorise this transaction and only noticed it after it had already taken place. I am raising this complaint against New me regarding this unauthorised debit. I request that the matter be investigated and that the amount wrongfully debited from my account be refunded to me at the earliest.
