I have ordered clothes from a whatsapp business brand named Navrang fashion They have their instagram account too First they said clothes are of rupees 650 I paid Then today when the order was supposed to be delivered they sent me a bill of additional refundable 1999.08 rupees which I also paid but they said you have post office bill pending of rupees 4950 which I denied to pay as it seems fraud I want my 2650 rupees back WhatsApp number - [protected]
