I ordered a product from the Naturali website. At the time of placing the order, the website showed that delivery was available at the address I added, and I placed the order on that basis. At the time of delivery, the delivery partner refused to deliver the product at the added address, even though the website had confirmed it as deliverable. As a result, I have not received the product. I have not received either the product or a refund for this order. I request Naturali to either deliver the product to my address or refund the full amount paid for this order.
