I placed and order from Myntra for Mast and Harbour Women Denim Washed Above Knee Straight Skirt which I received on 12 October . Due to size issue , I made a return request on same day . However today it’s 25 October No one reached my for return pick up till the date . And whenever I call them customer support always say they will escalate it and no response I received so far . And now from last few days . I am not even getting connected with a representative and whenever I get connected and I tell them story or I ask for supervisor as I am so helpless , they make a technical issue and disconnect call and never send me a survey . Kindly help me resolve this . I really need my money back .
