Refund not provided

I am filing a complaint against Myntra for non-receipt of my refund of ₹1,388. The returned product was already picked up by Myntra. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received the refund. Myntra claims that the refund was initiated on 1 September 2026 under reference number [protected], but the amount has still not been credited to my account. The matter was also raised with the National Consumer Helpline, but Myntra closed the complaint without resolving the issue. I request appropriate action against Myntra and direction to release my pending refund immediately.
