Myntra scam

I ordered a suit from Myntra in black colour and I received it in a blue colour. So, I proceeded with a return that the colour I received is wrong so when the delivery guy came and saw the product don't know what he did. He said that someone else will come and take your order so I was like you okay. Then after no one took my return and my return is on hold and they are telling that in the description that delivery guys told them that there is no tag and I have tag on my clothes and they are fully packed I just received in a wrong colour I didn't even open it properly. Now I am trying to get in touch with a Myntra customer care help but they are not at all helping me out or solving my issue.
