Formal Complaint Regarding Account Suspension Without Explanation and Pending Returns

Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing this complaint against Myntra regarding the unjustified suspension of my account, failure to collect my return parcels, and non-refund of my money. I placed four orders through the Myntra online shopping application, out of which one product was incorrect and the other three products had genuine issues related to colour and fitting. I requested returns for valid reasons and kept the products with their original tags and applicable items intact. One of my orders, Order ID [protected], was placed on 17 October and paid for through UPI, and I completed the return process for this order. Another order was placed on 21 October, and the products were received on 23 October and 26 October. Due to genuine reasons, I initiated the applicable cancellations/returns. However, Myntra failed to collect my return parcels and subsequently suspended my account without providing proper prior information or a clear explanation. The total amount involved is approximately ₹2,214 and ₹1,579, making a total of ₹3,793, subject to verification of the amounts and refunds due. I have suffered financial loss and unnecessary inconvenience despite following the return process in good faith. I request the concerned consumer authority to investigate this matter and direct Myntra to provide a proper written explanation for suspending my account, arrange the pickup of all eligible return parcels, refund my outstanding amount, and restore my account if there is no valid reason for the suspension. I am ready to provide all order details, payment receipts, return records, and supporting screenshots as evidence. I request a fair and timely resolution and appropriate action under applicable consumer protection laws.
