Refund Not Received Yet – Please Resolve This Issue Immediately

**Subject: ₹1,599 Refund Not Received Despite Flipkart Showing Refund Credited** I am filing this complaint against Flipkart regarding a refund of ₹1,599 for Apple Wired Ear Headphones. According to my Flipkart order history, the refund was processed successfully on 7 October, and the application shows the status as “Refund Credited.” However, I have not received the refund in my bank account. I request that Flipkart provide the refund transaction reference number (ARN/RRN), proof of payment, and the exact details of the account to which the refund was transferred. I request the Consumer Forum to investigate this matter and help me obtain my pending refund of ₹1,599. Despite the refund status shown on the application, the issue remains unresolved from my side. I request a prompt resolution and appropriate action against this grievance.
