Return request failed. No response since 5 days

I ordered a saree from Myntra. On receiving it, the quality was not good and the colour was also not as expected, so I raised a return request. It has been 5 days since I raised the return request, but Myntra marked the return as "pickup failed" on their own, without contacting me or attempting any actual pickup. When I reached out to them for an update, I have not received a proper response. Each time I follow up, they tell me it will be resolved within 24 hours, but it has now been 5 days with no action. I have also noticed this same issue happens whenever I place a return request for products above Rs. 1000, and I faced a similar problem in the past as well. I request Myntra to arrange the pickup of the saree and process my return and refund without further delay, and to provide a proper explanation for marking the pickup as failed without making any attempt or communicating with me.
