Complaint Details
I had ordered a pair of shoes from Myntra. When the order was delivered, I received it in a damaged condition along with the wrong box. I tried to return the product through Myntra, but the return was refused. The delivery boy rejected the return without listening to my issue or checking the product properly. I request Myntra to accept the return of this defective product and provide a full refund at the earliest.
