Myntra delivered a leaked, wrong-colour product — no response, refund needed

I ordered a product from Myntra. The product I received was leaked/damaged and the colour was entirely different from what was shown in their app. I contacted Myntra to report this issue, but they are not responding. I need my refund. Original complaint text: I have ordered a product....I got product with leaked....that too product was completely different than what it showed...I connected them for noticing this issue...but they are not responding .....I need to get my refund
