I had ordered a pair of shoes from myfootsteps.in worth Rs. 1299 and paid Rs. 150 in advance towards COD charges. The expected delivery date was 8 October. On 5 October, I received a mail stating that my parcel would arrive that day. However, the same day I received another mail stating that the parcel was undelivered due to the customer being unreachable. This is incorrect as I did not receive any call from the delivery person, and no reattempt on delivery was made after that. I also raised a request with Delhivery regarding this, but have not received any response so far. I request that my order be delivered at the earliest. If delivery is not possible, I request a full refund of the COD amount Rs. 150 paid inadvance.
