Complaint Details
I am writing this complaint from Ekta Nagar, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, regarding a purchase made from Muscat. The product I received from them is defective. I have not been given any specific details, dates, or amount in this note, but the product does not work as expected and is not fit for use. I request that Muscat either repair or replace the defective product, or refund the amount paid, at the earliest.
