I ordered from mumtaz collection, mumbai based store and made payment for my parcel till then they were responding and gave me date of delivery that they will make it delivered by sunday 19th oct 2026 but they failed and they said by 20th now they are not responding, not even providing any tracking ID from the day i made order they are not receiving call not replying to messages i want wither they make refund or do the delivery of my parcel.
