Complaint Details
I would like to report that my device’s software and motherboard were damaged immediately following the Android 16 update. I visited the authorized service center, New Tirupati Cellulars in Pimpri, Pune, on April 22, 2026. The technicians suggested a motherboard replacement costing approximately ₹10,000–₹12,000, despite confirming that there is no physical or water damage to the phone.
