The phone got dead after software updates, Motorola F50 handset has problems after updates

I purchased motorola F 50 fusion 2 years ago and I have update my phone recently after update it started lagging then I factory reset it and after a few days it again automatically updated and then it went dead, not charging nothing, I called customer care and they said bisit the nearby store and share jobsheet number, I visitef the store on 26th oct 2026 and they kept my phone as their system was not working they called me on 27th October and aaid motherboard is not working and you need to pay for it, I have seen so many complains from customers on google and youtube about the same model after update it gets dead, i called customer care but they said sevice centre has written that the phone has scratches, there were no scratches on my phone and if scratches are there why they are saying mother board is faulty???? it happened because of software update and they are not taking any responsibility
