My mobile is in the warranty and not giving my mobile back after repairing

I submitted my motorola razr 60 in lajpat nagar service center on 14 sept 2026 branch because of my flip screen stopped working and it's in the warranty period and on that day they said to wait so they will. Open my mobile and check if there is any leakage I waited for an hour after that they said you will get your mobile after one week getting repaired, and now it's been a week a guy name Anil refusing to give me my mobile back as he said your mobile is repaired but can't give it to you as I haven't received any approval from.
