Complaint Details
I placed a prepaid order for Argan Nila Face from Moromaa on 21 September, Order ID 4071, with Tracking ID [protected]. Despite the payment being made in full, no delivery was attempted and I was not informed about any scheduled delivery. The order has still not been delivered. I attempted to contact the company, but the email ID provided was not serviceable, and there was no accessible customer care number for either the company or the shipping provider. I have been made to wait without proper communication or resolution. I am seeking a full refund and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and deficiency in service.
