The details of my purchase are as follows: Seller/Company: Moongoddesscouture Order Number: 664333 Order Date: 12 October 2024 Amount Paid: ₹1,227 Payment Method: Online payment Product Ordered: Ready-to-wear saree I placed the order and paid the full amount of ₹1,227 through online payment. However, despite waiting for a considerable period, I have not received the product as of October 2026. Almost two years have passed since I placed the order, but the product has still not been delivered to me. This situation has caused me considerable inconvenience, disappointment, and financial loss. I paid for the product in good faith, expecting the seller to fulfil the order.
