Non-delivery of order and refund request

I placed an order with Moongoddess Couture on 14 April 2025, but I have not received my product to date. I have contacted the seller numerous times to inquire about my order. Initially, they promised delivery by August, but later changed the promised delivery date to October. Despite repeated assurances, the product has not been delivered, and my refund has also been refused or left unresolved. Whenever I call to ask for an update or refund, they end the call without providing a proper explanation or solution. I have also come across complaints from other customers reporting similar non-delivery and refund issues with this business. This raises serious concerns about its business practices. I request the concerned authorities to investigate this matter, take appropriate action if any wrongdoing is established, and help me obtain a full refund of the amount I paid.
