I am writing to bring a quality issue regarding a recent purchase to your attention. I recently purchased a Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk chocolate, but upon tasting it, the flavor was very off and it had a strong, unpleasant smell of bad oil. Given the high quality usually expected from Cadbury products, this experience was quite disappointing.
