Complaint Details
"I purchased a flask for ₹2,150 from Paravathani Home Appliances, Koyilandy Main Road (Mob: [protected]) on 20/07/2026. I have the bill with me (Bill No. 863). Within 2 months, the flask stopped working. When I took it back to the shop, they charged ₹200 to repair it but did not issue a bill for the repair. However, it broke down again on the very same day it was repaired. Now, the shopkeeper refuses to take responsibility. I request appropriate action to get either a replacement flask or a full refund."
