I had ordered a bumtum baby pram and the company sent me a bumtum steriliser instead. I had told the delivery boy that this is not what i ordered but he said i have to file return for it, I did the same then pickup was denied saying i should file complaint first about wrong product.. i did the same and the customer representative ensured me that i will be able to return the product and they will provide quaity check exemption but the second time also the product was not picked up telling it fails the quality check and now the meesho call back is not working
